These terms of service apply to Tree Launcher ("App"). By accessing the App, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this App and related websites. The materials contained in this App and related websites are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

License to Use

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal purposes. You may not:

• modify or copy the materials;
• use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
• attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained in the App;
• remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or
• transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server or in another application.

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by the Owner at any time. Tree Launcher may integrate with third-party sources (e.g., Google, weather/news providers) and display content in the App (including but not limited to text, images, audio and video). The Owner is in no way responsible for the suitability, correctness, age-appropriateness or otherwise of any such content. Use of any such content is entirely at the user's own risk.

Revisions and Errata

The materials appearing in Tree Launcher could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. The Owner does not warrant that any of the materials in its products are accurate, complete, or current. The Owner may make changes its products at any time without notice. The Owner does not make any commitment to update the materials.
